Working With You…
Ahead of your event, we will discuss requirements over video call. This will cover specific songs, music style, timings of the day, set-up, logistics and locations.
I’ll typically arrive two hours before I am scheduled to start playing, and I can coordinate with whoever is helping you with the organization to make sure the set-up and musical experience are seamless.
In the common occasion that your event goes over the agreed time, don’t worry! I’ll keep playing with no additional fee.
Equipment
I provide a digital piano and PA Speaker for outdoor occasions and indoor occasions with no piano. In rare cases, my clients request music far away from an electrical outlet, in which case I’ll bring a portable power supply that supports about 5 hours of playing.
If your event has an indoor piano and it’s not loud enough, I can easily provide a microphone to amplify the sound.
I can also provide two digital pianos and PA speakers in the case that your event migrates to another location.

Additional Information
Additional Information
I am very flexible and reasonable — for example, I won’t make you spend $1,000 if your event looks mostly like the $400 category but there is no piano provided by the venue. All rates are custom, so with a bit of information from you, we will easily come to a fair and honest price.
Questions for you:
- What kind of experience do you desire? - Where is the venue? - What are the event details? - Is there a tuned piano on location, or will I be providing a digital piano and sound equipment?
Setlists are recommended but not required. At every price point, I’ll take specific requests and/or play in a style of your choosing. If you aren’t sure what music should be played, don’t worry! I have years of experience “playing to the crowd”, with hundreds of songs in my back pocket depending on the type of event and general demographic.
Once a price is determined, a formal agreement will be generated and sent to you. The terms and conditions are industry-standard, and there is plenty of time allotted to my prospective clients to review every detail before an official booking.
Many people I work with have never booked a pianist before.
As someone who has gone through this process many times, I will make your booking experience seamless and positive! I know how stressful events can be, and my goal is to take some of the burden off your shoulders by working efficiently and professionally.
